Kip Howard raised early to 60k, and short stack Tyler Panas called from the button, as did Dave S from the big blind. the flop came 7♦9♥K♦ and Dave checked before Howard bet 85k. Panas shoved for 175k, pushing Dave out of the hand.
Howard called and his king-queen for top pair was needing to hold against the queen-jack straight draw for Howard. Q♠6♠ improved Panas to two pair and gave him the double to about 450k while Howard dropped to about 600k.
