Julius Roque has a ring in this Mix Game from last May, and he is pushing the table around with his big stack. He’s been potting relentlessly since they moved to PLO, getting most of them through. I the most recent hand, he didn’t pot, but still managed to get there for a nice chip up.
Ty Adams opened under the gun to 30k and it turned into a family pot with three callers. the 2♦2♠5♠ flop checked to Roque on the button and he fired 35k. Adams was the only caller to the 2♣ turn and both players checked it to the 10♠ river.
Adams checked and Roque fired out 175k. Adams snap-called it but was visibly frustrated when Roque rolled over 10♥10♦7♥7♠ for tens full on the river.
“You had to hit that ten, eh?” Adams said as he paid off the bet.
