Barcelona is Hosting 888poker Live Main Event This Week

This week 888poker headed to Barcelona for the next installment of the 888poker LIVE festival. The series in the prestigious Casino Barcelona started with a record-breaking Opening Event that featured an affordable €200 buy-in and recorded 673 entries.

€20,000 and a trophy was reserved for a winner, and at the end, it was Italian Giuseppe Dedoni who took home the gold after a 4-way ICM deal.

Big numbers are also expected at the €1,100 buy-in multi-flight Main Event that takes place from May 17-22. Four Day1s and three additional days will be needed to crown a new Main Event champion that will replace McConachie, who won the London Main Event.
