PartyPoker Withdraws From Austria, Slovenia, Ukraine, Argentina, and Five Other Markets 18 Jan

Players from Argentina, Bolivia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Iceland, Luxembourg, and Slovenia were informed via email today stating their account will close soon as partypoker will stop operating in their respective countries, while Austrian users won’t be able to play poker anymore, however casino and sports betting will continue to be available.

Deposits will stop on Monday, January 23 and all play will be stopped on January 30. From that moment on, users will only be able to log in and withdraw funds from their account.

Any tournament registration from January 30 onwards will be cancelled and any unused tickets, loyalty points, and/or tournament dollar will be converted to cash. Cashback for any play on January 30 will be credited to accounts on February 6.

Entain, parent company of partypoker, has exited several countries in the last few years. In 2022 players from Russia, Croatia and Moldova received a notice of account closure.
