Spain’s Ramon Colillas Leads the Field Into Day 5 of WSOP Main Event

Four days of World Series of Poker Main Event Championsip have been played and field of 292 players remain. At the top is Spain’s Ramon Colillas, who will start Day 5 with 5 million chip stack (208 big blinds).

6650 players generated a prize pool of $62,011,250 with $8 million to be awarded to the winner next Wednesday.

Among 292 survivors are also some of the biggest names of the game. Bracelet winner Stephen Song sits on 3rd place in chips with 4.4 million. Right behind him is Stephen Chidwick with 182 big blinds. The fan favorite Chris Moneymaker will also return for Day 5 with 621,000 chips. Main Event winner from 2003 was one of the biggest stack during the Day 4, but lost tracking in the last part of the day.

Some other notables to play in Day 5 are Nick Petrangelo, David Lappin, Matt Berkey, Jason Koon, and Marle Spragg.
