The WSOP Online series is in full swing on the GG Network, breaking one record after another. Together with WSOP.com, there have been 72 bracelets awarded from a total of 85. Today we go over the new WSOP bracelet owners.
The most known poker player among the bracelet winners this year is without a doubt David Peters, who won the bracelet on the event #54 $10,000 Heads Up No Limit Hold’em Championship. Funny enough, at a certain point he was about to be eliminated, with only 2 big blinds remaining, but he made a miraculous return and eventually won his second bracelet.
The Canadian, Alek Stasiak, was the first to win 2 bracelets at this year’s WSOP series. He won the first one with only a $10 investment, by winning the event #33 $1,111 Every 1 for COVID Relief [Caesars Cares]. He got into the tournament by winning two satellites and defeating the competition and winning the bracelet along with a $343,204 prize. He won the second bracelet in the event #52 $1,000 No Limit Hold’em along with a prize of $273,505.
