The Main Event
The crown jewel of the Battle of Malta poker series is undoubtedly the NLH BOM Main Event, a flagship tournament boasting a €500,000 guaranteed prize pool that captures the attention of every poker player in attendance. The Main Event is thoughtfully spread across several days, each with its unique structure to ensure a fair and exciting competition.
The NLH BOM Main Event is a multi-day tournament that starts with Day 1A on Thursday, April 4 at 13:00, inviting players to hit the ground running with a 30K starting stack, setting the stage for an exciting opening day.
The action continues with Day 1B on Friday, April 5 at 13:00, Day 1C follows on Saturday, April 6 at 13:00, providing yet another opportunity for players to join. The same day adds a twist with a Turbo flight – Day 1D – starting at 20:00, offering a faster pace for those eager to secure their place in Day 2.
An early start on Sunday, April 7, with Day 1E Turbo beginning at 10:00, ensures that even the most time-constrained players have a chance to participate. Each of the opening flights will be played down to the money, so we are in store for lots of bubble fights this series!
The survivors from all starting flights will then combine for Day 2 later that evening at 19:00, where the field will start to narrow and the tension will rise.
Day 3, which takes place on Monday, April 8 at 13:00, will see the remaining hopefuls delve deeper into the heart of the competition as the stakes and blinds increase.
The momentum builds to Day 4 on Tuesday, April 9 at 13:00, where the final strategies are employed as players fight for a seat at the prestigious final table.
Everything leads to the final day on Wednesday, April 10 at 14:00, where the last eight contenders will battle it out to write their name in the history of the Battle of Malta and claim the top prize. Each day is carefully structured to provide a balanced blend of skillful play and dynamic action, setting the stage for what promises to be a thrilling conclusion to the Main Event.
