Charlie Carrel posted an Animated video that shows Jungleman and David “Viffer” Peat in a court arguing about the bet they made on Jungle vs Durr challenge in 2010.
The main topic is if the Challenge didn’t finish with players completing 50k hands, is the bet still active?
Tom “Durr” Dwan surrendered the challenge to Jungleman and made him sign the document to pay him out 1.35M instead of 1.5M.
So Jungleman wants to collect 20%(250k) of the crossbook that he has with Viffer, and after the judge in the video asks Viffer if he owes 250k to Jungleman, he says he does but he won’t pay him out.
Also at the end of the animated video, Viffer says “I guess I’m wrong, I’m just a scumbag then” and the author of the video put the text saying “He actually said this”
Charlie ends the whole video saying that is best not to make any big bets without contracts and confirms that Viffer owes money to Jungleman.
