Domagoj Murtić From Croatia is the New Champion of Polish Poker Championship Main Event

Poker Player from Croatia, Domagoj Murtić, has pulled out one of his most incredible magic tricks when he turned €130 into €85,745. Murtić won the Polish Poker Championship Main Event in Banco Casino, Bratislava, after beating the field of 7,084 entries.

This was also a record-breaking Polish Poker Championship Main Event, where the entries broke the GTD prize pool of €500,000 and made it even more spectacular with a prize pool of 782,782, mostly awarded to the top 18 players.

With 18 players coming into the final hours of the tournament and only two tables remaining, there were three hours of play before we got to the final table of 9 players.

With five players left in the tournament, there was a deal, and players decided to split the money, but there was still €28,000 to play for. After the deal, Murtic managed to dominate the table and earn the heads-up battle against Roland Lakatos Roland, winning it for €85,745. Lakatos has won 49,830€ for his second-place finish.
