The 2024 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open (SHRPO) started on July 31, and it will run until August 13, with 102 events and a $5,300 Main Event, which has a $3,000,000 GTD prize pool.
Event #26, Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em, had 69 entries, which generated a prize pool of $655,500. This event also had lots of high-profile names running for the title. Some of them were Kristen Foxen, Dylan Linde, Faraz Jaka, Erik Seidel.

With three players left Nazar Buhaiov was all-in with king-jack, he got called by Seidel from BB with ace-ten, and board didnt show any help for Buhaiov who was eliminated in third place for $80,300.
It was Erik Seidel who came first and won $179,953. To be more precise, Erik had a slight lead going into the heads-up against Clemen Deng, and the two players decided to make a deal and end it there. Clemen Deng got a similar payout of $179,247 for his second-place finish.

True Hall of Famer
Erik Seidel is now ranked 10th in the All Time Money List with $46,908,876 in winnings, and his most significant live cash of $2,472,555, which he got for winning $250,000 Super High Roller in 2011 Aussie Millions.
Seidel is also third-ranked behind Hellmuth and Ivey in WSOP bracelets won with ten bracelets in his trophy cabinet. With all these achievements, Seidel is one of the true poker hall of farmers.
