High-Stakes Gambler Sues Casino For Not Cutting Him Off During 72-Hour Gambling Binge

One unlucky gambler has decided to embark upon the incredibly difficult task of suing a casino to recover losses.
 
According to a report from The Daily Mail, a Malaysian businessman lost a total of £3.9million at a casino in the United Kingdom, and he now wants all of his money back.
 
The gambler, 62-year-old Han Joeh Lim, reportedly claimed in the lawsuit that Crown London Aspinalls breached its responsibilities under the 2005 Gambling Act by letting him gamble for too long and when he, allegedly, was in a poor mental state.

The casino was allegedly supplying the businessman with credit to play baccarat. He reportedly barely took a break in 72 hours worth of gambling.
The report didn’t mention alcohol or drugs being involved.
 
The businessman is reportedly worth £40 million, so his losses at the casino represented about 10% of his net worth.
