High Stakes Poker Season 13 Episode 10 Recap

The stakes are going up on this episode of High Stakes Poker as a new lineup of players battle away at $500/$1,000 No-Limit Hold’em. Andrew Robl, Sameh Elamawy, Jennifer Tilly, Justin Gavri, and Brandon Steven all return for some high-stakes action, while Nik Airball, Stanley Tang, and Humboldt Mike join the action. Tang Dodges the Bullet With Aces, But Humboldt Made Gavri a Happy Poker Player

Tang opened to $5,000 with AA and got called by four players. The pot was $26,500.

The flop came 6s7d3d, putting Gavri in front with his set of sixes. Tang bet $8,000, got the call, and Humboldt Mike raised $26,000. Tang decided to fold his pocket aces, Elamawy also folded, and only Gavri called with 90 percent of the equity. The pot was $94,500.

The turn was 9, Gavri checked, and Humboldt continued with a bet of $54,000 before he got shoved on for $190,000. Humboldt decided to make the call, and soon, he found out that he was far behind with 1010. The pot was $473,500, and they decided to run it twice.

The first river was K, giving Gavri the first half of the pot, and the second river was 9, giving Gavri the whole pot.

Humboldt Flops a Monster, and Makes His Money Back!

Steven opened to $5,000 with 55 and got called by four players. The pot was $27,500.

The flop came when A1010 gave Humboldt(A10) the full house. Surprisingly, all players checked.

The turn was 7, and Tang was fired for $15,000, holding Q10. Humboldt just called, and the pot was $57,500.

The river was 3, and Tang fired again for $50,000; Humboldt didn’t think for too long before putting all his money in the middle. Tang asked for a count and called just to see he was coolered. Humboldt won the pot of $445,500.

Tilly is Out of The Show After Losing Running it Twice as a Favorite

Tilly opened to $6,000, Steven 3-bet to $23,000, Tilly 4-bet to $81,000, Steven 5-bet shove for $298,000, and Tilly called. The pot was $599,500, and they decided to run it twice. Tilly had QQ vs Steven’s AK.

The first board ran J4KJ7, giving Steven the first half of the pot, and the second runout was 2K5A3, ending Tilly’s appearance on the show for this season.
