The Women in Poker Winter Festival, powered by the Ladies International Poker Series, will take place this December at the Resorts World and other Las Vegas properties. The week kicks off on December 9th and runs through 15th, 2024. Women in Poker, Empowering Women Through Poker & More is a fun-filled festival of poker, discussion, and celebration of Women in Poker. This is Season III of the Women in Poker Festival and includes the prestigious Women in Poker Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
The Festival kicks off at the Orleans Casino with a $300 NLHE Ladies Championship. The Festival then continues at the Resorts World with a $240 NLHE Mystery Bounty on December 10th, followed by a Poker Friends Forever Holiday Meet Up Game.
Wednesday’s focus turns to the Women in Poker Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, and like in 2022, tickets will be limited. Following the ceremony, all players are welcome to participate in the $185 NLHE WiPHoF Bounty. This tournament has a $50 Bounty on each player and special prizes on Hall Members.
Thursday offers 2 starting flights into the $360 WIP NLHE Championship. The Championship continues on Friday, December 13th. Players can play in $60 Single Table satellites starting at 1 pm, where the first and second place receive $225 Cash.
The Festival finishes on Sunday, December 15th, at Resorts World with a $200 NLHE LIPS Toast to Twenty! tournament followed by a $240 ROSE (Razz, Omaha 8, Stud, Stud 8).
The Women in Poker Winter Festival complements the WPT Ladies Championship, which has a $1,000 buy-in and boasts a $250,000 guarantee on December 14th & 15th at the Wynn. On Friday, December 13th, Wynn Las Vegas will host a $200 Milestone Satellite to the Ladies Championship with 10 seats guaranteed.
