WSOP Returns to London After More Than a Decade with WSOP Super Circuit Series
After more than a decade, the World Series of Poker (WSOP) with partnership with GGPoker, is returning to London, bringing its coveted WSOP Circuit series back to the heart of the UK. The event will be staged at the grand JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, a venue known for hosting world-class events and offering an exceptional player experience. WSOP Super Circuit London runs from July 27 through August 13 and promises more than £7 million in guaranteed prize pools. The highlights of the series are Mystery Million, a £1,000,000 GTD event with a buy-in of £560, which features nine starting flights, and two Main Events. The first one runs from August 4-8 with a £1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool and a buy-in of £1,100, and the second one from August 8-13 with £3,000,000 GTD and a buy-in of £3,300.
In addition to these, a dozen other events are scheduled, each offering the much-coveted WSOPC Gold rings. Fifteen of these prestigious rings are up for grabs, and among those vying for them is the newest ambassador for GG Poker, Brian “True Geordie” Davis. His participation will undoubtedly draw attention from both poker enthusiasts and followers of his popular online content.
The JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel will operate as a cashless venue. Players will have to make their buy-ins ahead of time using one of several methods, including the cash desk at Dusk till Dawn in Nottingham, Luxon Pay e-wallet, debit card deposits, Bank Wire, or online via the GGPoker lobby.
