WSOP Unveils 2024/25 Circuit Schedule with 18 Initial Stops

The record-breaking 2023/24 World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) concluded in May with Commerce hosting the season finale, where Jessica Vierling claimed the last coveted golden ring of the season. Now, the World Series of Poker (WSOP) has announced the return of the WSOP Circuit for its 20th installment, continuing the legacy of one of the most prestigious poker tours in the world.

The initial schedule for the 2024/25 WSOP Circuit season includes 13 US stops and 5 international stops, all set to take place before the end of the calendar year. The 2025 schedule has yet to be released. The new season kicks off on July 19, at Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, right after the conclusion of the 2024 WSOP in Las Vegas.

The international tour will begin in Tallinn, Estonia, at Olympic Park Casino from July 19-28. In partnership with OlyBet, Globetrotting Poker Facebook Group, and Main Event Travel, PokerPro has created the PokerPro Baltic Road Trip. This road trip will lead through five different Baltic casinos in five different cities, culminating in Tallinn for the start of the WSOP Circuit Tallinn.

All ring winners from live and online events during the 2024/25 season will qualify for an invitational-only $1,000,000 Tournament of Champions freeroll, which is now an official WSOP bracelet event. Out of almost 1,200 qualifiers, 599 players entered the 2024 ToC event, where Dong Meng emerged victorious, claiming $200,000 and the first 2024 bracelet.

“Quietly, the WSOP Circuit is far and away the biggest poker tour in the world,” said Ty Stewart, SVP & Executive Director of the World Series of Poker. “It’s time to shout about the great events that bring the excitement and prestige of the WSOP to our regional properties. This slate of domestic and international events rounds out 2024 in a momentous way, and we look forward to building on this list of dates and venues for 2025 soon.”

Each stop on the WSOP Circuit will release its event schedule, which will include at least 12 official WSOP gold ring events with a minimum buy-in of $250, including a $1,700 Main Event (or other currency equivalent). Most stops will also feature Seniors and Ladies events, ensuring a diverse range of tournaments.

Additionally, the WSOP Circuit is not limited to live events. Online events will be scheduled on WSOP.com monthly, allowing players to compete for WSOP gold rings from the comfort of their homes.
