WSOP Europe around the corner, Daniel Negranu selling packages again

Even though European part of World Series of Poker is around the corner, apparently organizers are not quite done with its schedule.

5 new mixed and high roller tournaments

Leon Tsoukernik, owner of King’s Casino where WSOPE is held again this year, said that they’ve listened to players’ feedback and added 5 new tournaments to an initial schedule. Mostly mixed games and high roller tournaments. This change is to encourage those who weren’t exactly sold on traveling to Czech Republic yet.

Dates for WSOP Europe stay the same and it begins on October 13th and runs through November 4th. Additional tournaments are as follows:

  • Event #4: €250,000 Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’em
  • Event #5: €2,500 Eight Game Mix
  • Event #6: €25,500 SHORT DECK No-Limit Hold’em
  • Event #10: €25,500 Mixed Games Championship
  • Event #13: €2,500 SHORT DECK No-Limit Hold’em

Daniel apparently will travel to Europe

If no one else, it looks like they’ve at least convinced Daniel Negreanu to attend World Series in Europe, after he was very hesitant about it when series in Vegas ended.

In a twitter post Daniel announced he’ll be selling action again and without a markup once more. He also did a math and playing in all the events would cost someone like him €449,600, including rebuys that number goes to whooping 1.2 million Euros. Details have yet to be announced, but it’s already known that those who got refunded in Vegas packages will have a priority.

Due to the glitch on Canadian’s website, he had a huge oversell on his packages. Instead of getting $280.000 he took in $1.8 million instead. And all that in matters of minutes.

Of course, he gave out refunds, but fans were still disappointed, especially after a successful summer at WSOP where Daniel netted a nice profit. In the mean time he also announced the return of his popular vlogs. Watch the last episode in video down below.
