Next Moneymaker 2.0 promotion guarantees $1,000,000 in total of which half will go to Weekly Leaderboard Competition participants (running from March 11 to May 28) and the other half will go to player in the Final Tournament (June 4-5).
Players are earning points by playing weekly Saturday MTTs, which will be running from March 11 through May 28. The buy-ins are set at $86 in honor of Moneymaker, who won the $86 satellite for the Main Event which started it all. All events will allow for one re-entry.
Every player who participates in one of the 13 Weekly Leaderboard competitions earns 2,000 points, no matter where they finish. If you participate in all 13, you get 10,000 points for a huge bonus. In addition, players earn points based on their overall finish in each MTT.
The top-24 players in each Weekly Leaderboard Competition receive points as follow:
