Each tournament guarantees $1,000 in weekly prizes, and participants also earn Leaderboard points based on their finishes. Points are up for grabs every week, and as the competition heats up, so does the potential for moving up the leaderboard. The top player at the end of September will be jetting off to Las Vegas to play in one of the world’s most prestigious poker tournaments.
Here’s how points are awarded in the first four weeks:
- 1st place = 75 points
- 2nd place = 50 points
- 3rd place = 35 points
- 4-10th place = 20 points
- 11-20th place = 10 points
- 21st and below = 5 points
