Beth Hall, the Star of 'Mad Men' and 'Mom' TV Series, Wins WSOP Circuit Ring

Beth Hall is an American actress best known for her roles as Wendy in CBS’s Mom, and Caroline in AMC’s Mad Men hit TV series. She also appears in House M.D., Parks and Recreation, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and more.

But her Twitter bio also says she’s a poker player and a fine one it seems, as Hall wins her first WSOP Circuit ring this week at The Bike!

She emerged victorious in the $400 event, taking home $13,885 and the ring. At the final table, she beat the likes of John Zentner III, Michael Ung, and Altynai Fung. With the win, she also qualified for the $1 million freeroll Tournament of Champions that will take place this year during the WSOP in Vegas.

According to the Hendon Mob, she has been playing poker for more than 15 years now. Her best result came at Socal Poker Championship in 2016, also at The Bike. She finished in 14th place among a staggering 9,807 entries field.

Beth thanked her coach Faraz Jaka, saying she learned a lot from him. Jaka Coaching and his students are quite in the spotlight lately. Angel Jordison had the best poker year of her career in 2022 and also won a Global Poker Award for Breakout player of the year, while Robbi Jade Lew was the star of the infamous J4o hand, which also brought her a trophy for the Best Hand of the year.

Hall will again participate in a celebrity charity poker tournament held by her fellow TV colleague Jason Alexander, star of one of the best sitcoms ever, Seinfeld. She is also not the only Hollywood star that won a poker tournament lately. Just last month, actor James Woods teamed up with Lynda Tran, and the duo took down the $600 Partners mixed event at The Commerce.
