With starting flights scheduled at various times throughout the day, participants can join the action at their convenience. Here’s a breakdown of the starting flights for the GGMasters Overlay Edition:
- February 18: Day 1A kicks off at 15:00 CET for Asia, 20:00 CET for Europe, and 1:00 CET for the Americas.
- February 24: Day 1B commences at 20:00 CET.
- February 25: Day 1C begins at 15:00 CET for Asia, 20:00 CET for Europe, and 1:00 CET for the Americas.
- February 26: Day 1D starts at 15:00 CET, with a Last Chance option available at 18:00 CET.
The tournament structure ensures fairness and competitiveness, with a starting stack of 10,000 chips (equivalent to 200 big blinds). Late registration spans 16 levels, each lasting 15 minutes, while the tournament progresses for 22 levels or until only 10% of the field remains. The Last Chance flight features a modified late registration period, comprising 15 levels of 8 minutes each. Players can participate in multiple Day 1 flights, but only the largest stack will advance to the finals.
The grand finale of the GGMasters Overlay Edition unfolds on February 26, 2024, with Day 2 starting at 20:00 CET!
