Airball Makes a Good Fold

Tilly opened to $3,000, Airball 3-bet to $9,000 with J9, Gavri 4bet to $26,000 with AK, Tilly folded, and Airball called. The pot was $57,500.

The flop was 947, Gavri c-bet for $14,000, and Airball called. The pot was $85,500.

The turn came K. Gavri had a great spot to continue barreling, and he did; Gavri bet $48,000, and Airball called. The pot was $181,500.

The river was 3, and Gavri moved all-in for $78,000. After some thinking, Airball made a disciplined fold with the second pair. Gavri won $181,500.

Elamawy Loves to Run It!

Tang opened to $6,000, Tilly called, Elamawy called, and Airball went all-in for $109,000 with AK. Elamawy asked how much it was and called with J9. Everybody else folded. The pot was $233,000.

They decide to run it twice, the first runout was 9KK7A giving Airball the first half of the pot.

The second runout was 3395K; with the ace on the river, Airball won both runouts and collected $233,000.

Airball Hits Bullseye Against Tang

Airball opened QJ to $3,000, Steven called, Tang raised to $15,000 with AA, and only Airball called. The pot was $35,500.

The flop was an absolute disaster for Tang as Airball flopped a monster. Flop came 43K, giving Airball the flush, but Tang still had 32 percent of equity. Airball checked, Tang c-bet for $10,000, and Airball called. The pot was $55,500.

The turn came J, and Tang threw in another bet of $35,000; Airball called. The pot was $125,500.

The river was 9; Tang bet another $75,000 before he got jammed on by Airball. Tang had $78,000 remaining and was basically forced to call with the odds he was offered. Tang did call in the end, and Airball won the pot of $431,500.
